Introducing
Ian Woollams
Let me introduce myself. My name is Ian Woollams and my photography career started, aged sixteen and a half, with me assisting renowned photographer Roger Alexander. Gathering invaluable experience I set up my own studio in 1985 aged just twenty-five. Since then I have worked extensively all over the UK, plus some work abroad including a hairy trip (with my push bike) down the River Nile from Cairo to Lake Tanganyika.
Now aged forty-nine, my interests are diverse and wide including climbing, mountaineering, biking, tennis and generally anything that gets my head thinking.
I like to have fun when I shoot and hope that shows in my work.
